Chalcedony Azzurro is a free WordPress theme in general niche. The colour scheme is dark greenish blue with artistic touch on the header. The sidebar is accommodated for 160 pixel-width ads. It is widgetized, xHTML/CSS valid, and looks best in WordPress 2.8 and up (It could also work well with the lower version – I’ve tested it on WordPress 2.7 without any problems.)
